No, these verandas are provided as high-quality yet affordable self-assembly kits. We include clear and easy-to-follow instructions with each kit, making it possible for any competent DIYer to install. An assembly instruction video will be available soon.
Yes, there are shipping costs of either £150 (inc VAT) or £225 (inc VAT) based on your delivery preference. Otherwise, what you see is what you get with our veranda kits. Our knowledge and expertise of over 10 years allows us to bring you the strongest veranda structure at an unbeatable self-assembly price making VerandaLiving affordable for all.
While an extension may require planning permission, this is unlikely for VerandaLiving verandas. With over 10 years of experience, we have found that less than 5% of veranda projects require planning permission because most UK households benefit from permitted development rights. VerandaLiving structures are classified as temporary buildings and therefore don’t require planning permission. You only need to consider planning permission if you have already extended your property, if your property is a listed building or in a conservation area. If you are still unsure, please email us at info@verandaliving.co.uk with some details, and we will endeavour to assist you.
VerandaLiving products are very low-maintenance. While we recommend keeping the glass, roofing material, and aluminium supports clean using our dedicated care pack (available as an optional extra), no other upkeep is necessary. This is because all VerandaLiving products are constructed with a sleek and sturdy aluminium frame. We use only the highest quality materials, ensuring that our verandas are among the most durable on the market for an affordable price.
All our verandas come with a 5 year warranty and our lighting comes with a 2 year warranty. Please note: glass is excluded from the warranty.
Yes, we supply a number of state-of-the-art veranda heating products to help you stay warm while you’re enjoying your outdoor living space. These outdoor heaters come equipped with a range of great features, from remote control functionality to LED lights and speakers (selected heaters only).
Yes, if you want to continue enjoying your veranda space after the sun has set, we supply lighting kits containing energy-efficient and dimmable LED spotlights to help you do just that. Our veranda lights help to boost the ambience of your outdoor living space. We recommend 2 lights per rafter.
